Before/After School Care

Cougar Corner

The purpose of Cougar Corner is to provide a safe, Christian environment for students of Christ Lutheran School before and after school hours. Students will be provided the opportunity for devotions, arts, recreation, computer access, reading time for homework and independent reading. Each student is expected to participate in group activities.

Please review the Cougar Corner Handbook for further information including hours of operation, registration and session fees, drop-in fees and changes in scheduling. A completed registration form, registration fees and session fees are required before attending the first session.

Handbook and Forms

The following documents are available to view in their entirety at the following links.

Medical Forms available on the ISD 622 website:  Student Immunization Forms, Allergy, Asthma and Diabetes Care Plans, Request to Administer Medication at School Forms and Sports Qualifying Physical Forms (for students entering 7th grade that may participate at the high school level) can be found using the ISD622 Medical Forms link below. Also, below is the yearly Student Health & Emergence Contact form. With all these forms, please print the form and bring it to the school office once it has been filled out completely. Do not fill it in on-line as it will be received by District 622 not Christ Lutheran.

Volunteer

Christ Lutheran School has been blessed to have active parental support since its beginning in 1976. With an enrollment of over 100 students, the need for dedicated volunteers is great. Each year we gratefully enjoy the partnership of our families and we want you to feel, as we do, that Christ Lutheran is YOUR school and that the education of our children is a cooperative venture.
